New beginnings
Marking a range of popular anniversaries, events and themes, commemorative Stamp and Coin Covers combine a Perth Mint one dollar coin and one or more Australia Post stamps on a superbly illustrated envelope. Chinese New Year design
The coloured coin features a dramatic representation of a serpentine-shaped Chinese dragon, which plays a starring role in festive dances at New Year. As well as Chinese lanterns, the design also incorporates the Chinese characters for ‘Happy New Year’ and The Perth Mint’s ‘P’ mintmark.
