Struck by The Perth Mint from 1/2oz of 99.99% pure silver, the coin is issued as legal tender under the Australian Currency Act 1965. The Perth Mint will release no more than 5,000 of the Dreaming Down Under – Wombat.

DESIGN
The coin’s reverse depicts a cute baby wombat asleep in a fleece-lined nest surrounded by colourful Australian native flowers and wildlife. The Perth Mint’s ‘P’ mintmark also appears on the reverse with the coin’s weight and purity. The Jody Clarkeffigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, the coin’s monetary denomination and year-date appear on the obverse.

PRESENTATION
The coin is housed in a classic display case with a clear lid. Packaged with an illustrated shipper, each coin is accompanied by a numbered Certificate of Authenticity.
